Expat Launch Germany was founded by Sharique Javaid, an entrepreneur based in Berlin with a background in engineering, IT, business consulting, and community building. Over more than 15 years in Germany, Sharique has built and run his own ventures, navigated the same visa and registration processes his clients face today, and developed a deep, practical understanding of what it actually takes for an outsider to establish a business here.
Alongside Expat Launch Germany, Sharique founded Trade Launch Germany, which helps exporters, manufacturers, and international businesses enter the German and European market, and Deepvertise, an AI automation agency helping businesses optimize their operations. He has also served in civic leadership roles in Germany, including as President of the Bavarian State Cricket Board and President of the Bavarian State Committee for Migration, Refugees & Integration giving him a rare combination of entrepreneurial, technical, and community-facing experience.
